As our Graphic Designer, you will use your creative skills to produce highly effective marketing and communication materials, including infographics, fliers, brochures, direct mail, emails, web graphics, and more. This role reports directly to the Director of Creative Services.
Handle and maintain records of the elements, costs, and time schedules of multiple projects.
Consult with respective team members to evaluate individual project needs.
Design and produce marketing materials and signage, subject to Brokers standards, to support internal and external marketing initiatives.
Select, supervise, and obtain cost estimates from outside vendors such as photographers, illustrators, paper suppliers, or printers. Prepare cost estimate for project within quality specifications, financial constraints, and time schedule for project.
Prepare, collect, and distribute all file components of the project, including print and web materials to respective team members and vendors in a timely fashion.

Bachelor's degree (B. A.) from four-year college or university plus
Two to three years related experience and/or training; or
Equivalent combination of education and experience.
