Dell Quality Principal Engineer in Taipei, Taiwan

  • Drives a Project core team to deliver a process or solution improvement

  • Identifies areas of risk/opportunities and influences and implements continuous improvements

  • Leads cross-functional, Worldwide project team(s), kicks off programs, establishes schedules and drives meetings. Cross Functional Team members can include Services, Engineering, Quality, Product Operations, Marketing, Procurement, Global Operations, Finance, etc.

  • Establishes clear objectives, schedules and deliverables for each project that support the LOB’s business.

  • Establishes working relationships and influences/persuades at the working as well as Senior leadership levels.

  • Leads the cross functional team to define the Process/Solution improvement requirements.

  • Drives the creation, review and approval of the Program Plan.

  • Manages major risks and issues through effective contingency planning and proper escalation.

  • Analyzes and reports actual performance vs. Program goals. Drives team to deliver defined project goals.

  • A Program Manager is often expected to manage multiple programs in parallel.


  • Masters or Undergraduate degree, with at least 10 years of relevant experience in a professional role.

  • Ability to frame situations and make/drive decisions in an ambiguous environment

  • Excellent understanding of business goals and objectives as they relate to customer use cases and solutions.

  • Excellent leadership and influencing skills driving cross functional alignment.

  • Strong Cross-functional team management, strong interpersonal skills and adaptive communication style

  • Ability to resolve Complex problems, drive for results, innovate, think and lead strategically

  • Good communication skills & Fluency in English
