Our dynamic Marketing department is looking for a team member who has initiative and hands-on experience as a Salesforce Administrator. This position is being added to our newly created Marketing Operations team and will support multiple department initiatives by maintaining and improving processes within Salesforce and other integrated tools.
Develop a solid understanding of marketing-specific business processes, including lead funnel, marketing influence and campaign attribution
Create and maintain profiles, roles, security settings, sharing rules, page layouts, workflows, process builder, custom fields, reports and dashboards
Provide day-to-day end user support, user adoption, system configuration, testing snf data management
Serve as the primary contact for reporting requests, including support of metrics on campaign performance, sales forecasting and pipeline management
Maintain data quality and data cleanup in SFDC via data analysis, scheduled reports, data loads and validation rules
Keep abreast of Salesforce features and functionality, identify business risks and opportunities for improvement and make recommendations regarding the SFDC platform and processes
Automate current manual tasks and identify technologies that support scalability and increased efficiency
Interface with corporate IT to support cross-system integrations and functionality
Bachelor’s degree in business or marketing or the equivalent in training and experience
Demonstrated experience as a primary Salesforce resource related to system configuration and reporting functionality
Ability to work collaboratively across the organization, determine best outcomes, design technical solutions and develop effective processes
Familiarity with Apex and Visualforce
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Knowledge of fraud management and/or authentication industries and services
Frequent sitting, listening and talking; intermittent standing and walking; intermittent bending and twisting of the upper body (in the event of traveling/working from remote locations). Close detail work requiring visual acuity.
