/ HERE’S WHAT YOU’LL DO (RESPONSIBILITIES)
Primary general support role (project and admin) for our clients’ team sports league sponsorship
Assisting in the development of strategic solutions to build brand equity and deliver results for the client, including: sponsorship activation, measurement and analytics, sales promotions, & event marketing
Manage work streams internally ensuring all sponsorship benefits are communicated and executed in a timely manner
Facilitation of creative approvals with clients/partners so that assets are delivered and executed on time and on budget
Handling invoicing and budget management for project activities, works closely with Momentum Finance to coordinate and track
Assisting in tracking teams hours, preparing documentation on expense tracking and other materials involved in overall account management
Building thorough understanding of client’s business
Utilizing agency tools to manage creative briefs, job starts and support on pitch development
Establishing effective relationships across agency multi-disciplinary teams, clients, and partners
Lead business meetings / calls on a regular basis internally, along with clients and partners
Utilizing agency resources appropriately and efficiently
Willing to go “above and beyond” while understanding the time commitments associated with position
/ HERE’S WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR (QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS)
2+ years business experience - agency experience is preferable
Solid communication skills – written and verbal
Self-motivated, enthusiastic, resourceful
Polished, professional demeanor, team player
Demonstrated history of establishing effective working relationships across a diverse team
Strong Microsoft Office Suite skills
Marketing related internship preferred
Professional sports experience, especially a national league preferred
Previous agency experience a plus
Live events experience a plus
