Job Summary: Part-time
Respond to and anticipate customer service needs and issues
Process vehicle returns
Inform customers about their receipt
Check for damages, fuel level and kilometers
Complete clerical functions and other tasks as assigned.
Responsible for daily operation of vehicle returns activities
The successful candidate will possess:

Excellent communication skills and knowledge of a second language is a definite asset
Positive, upbeat attitude to do the job and get along with co-workers
Flexibility and adaptability to a changing work environment
Flexibility and adaptability to work any shifts including week-ends
High work performance, standards, and reliability.
A valid driver’s license with no moving infraction.
Grade 12, Related Customer Service Courses, 6 months to 1 year’s experience.
