Job Summary:

The M&E IT Delivery Specialist role exists to ensure adequate implementation of Manufacturing Cyber Security and Manufacturing 4.0 solutions at supported locations with close engagement to corporate M&E IT and corporate IS.

Responsibilities:

  • Facilitates Implementation of Manufacturing Cyber Security work processes, standards and procedures are effectively applied within assigned plants. Continues support for these programs as

  • With the consultation of the Corporate Manufacturing Cyber Security IT team, determines the applicability of requirements to designated units and leads implementation as appropriate.

  • Tracks and communications Industry 4.0 and Manufacturing Cyber security performance within assigned plants.

  • Participates and provides data to Manufacturing Cyber Security audits as defined by the audit process.

  • Support site-wide Manufacturing IT systems as needed.

  • Ensure that the Management of Change for IT matters is implemented for assigned plants.

  • Leads and/or participates in corporate level initiatives and teams in order to drive IT and Manufacturing Cyber Security improvements.

  • Participates in Severe Manufacturing Cyber Event Investigations and communicates key learnings to assigned plants.

  • Identifies, escalates, and assists in resolution as appropriate potential cyber risks.

  • Provides functional coaching to people performing manufacturing plant aligned IT/process control related roles.

  • Addresses incident and audit corrective actions that involve systems deficiencies.

Required Qualifications:

  • 5 or more years of Process Automation experience OR 5 or more years of IT or Cyber Security experience.

  • Be proficient in computers to perform job tasks.

  • Strong Interpersonal, Facilitative, and Organizational skills.

  • Effectively interacts with multiple functions and diverse individuals to achieve goals.

  • Demonstrates excellent decision making skills, ability to prioritize appropriately.

  • Effectively manages multiple competing priorities.

  • Strong troubleshooting skills.

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.

  • Able to communicate with a very diverse population which is spread across the site.

  • Strong reading comprehension and listening skills.

  • Strong multi-tasking, problem solving and time management skills.

  • Able to work with independently with minimal supervision with in an empowered team environment.

  • Have a high regard for personal safety and the safety of others.

  • A minimum requirement for this U.S. based position is the ability to work legally in the United States. No visa sponsorship/support is available for this position, including for any type of U.S. permanent residency (green card) process.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • 5 or more years of manufacturing experience.

  • Process Automation experience within a Manufacturing Unit.

  • Knowledge of industrial process automation platforms, such as Siemens, Emerson, ABB, Honeywell, etc.

  • Understanding of TES Process Automation Work Processes and Support Structure.

Education:

  • High School diploma or equivalent is required.
