Job Description


The Technical Center Program Manager Sr. is the head of a TC's organization unit and is responsible for

the overall success of all equipments development. The Program Manager's function is to ensure that

program's technical, strategic, timing, and cost objectives are all achieved, through appropriate planning,

controlling, and organization activities as well as good leadership. Strong focus on visionary thinking and

and strategy development.

Additional responsibilities

5+ Mio usd in machines integration and devolopment in CEP Locations and Mechanical plants WW. Customer

products life time quality responsability due to the machines and equipment developed. Responsible of the equipment

development for several plants and BU's

­ Define standards on design and ways to work

­ Leading TC strategies and business plan.

­ Establish the appropriate project reporting structure and information flow.

­ Provide access to knowledge gained in the project

­ Keep informed the Plant Manager and BU's derectors about the general status of the projects in the TC organization unit

Job Requirements

Basic Qualifications

Leadership; Large engineering groups management 20+ engineers.

Business Knowledge

Project Management, Risk Management.

Preferred Qualifications


2+ Years experience as program manager or lieading groups of equipment development or process introduction.

5+ Years experience in machine and equipment development, dealing with mechanical design, automation, testing and

processes introduction.
